History

Yanch, Dey & Associates Ltd. was founded by bankruptcy trustees Jim Yanch and Kelly Dey.

As bankruptcy trustees they believed that Durham Region & Scarborough could be better served by the merge of their two practices.

With their individual experiences totalling 60 years of helping those facing insolvency, Kelly and Jim believed the community could be better served by working together.

Yanch Dey & Associates provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere to those who are looking to get a fresh start.  At YanchDey & Associates we pride ourselves on treating every individual with the respect and the  understanding they deserve.
